SUBMISSION GULDLINES & RESPONSE TIMES

The first step is sending a query letter containing a synopsis and the first two chapters of your manuscript. The query letter could be mailed or E-mailed to us.
E-mail queries can be sent to info@ariapublications.com.au  and should include the word "query" in the subject line. Please know that we promptly and carefully read every e-query that we receive.  We will respond to every e-query that is properly addressed and follows the submission guidelines below.  We will not respond to e-queries that are addressed to no one, or to multiple recipients.
Because of security concerns we prefer not to open attachments, so please insert your query letter and the first two chapters of your manuscript in the body of your e-mail. Only if there are pictures in your manuscript you can send them as attachments.

We will endeavour to respond to your query letter within a month, and we request that you do not follow up on it in that time – due to the volume of submissions, we are unable to respond to such enquiries. If you haven’t heard from us by eight weeks, please submit your query again.
If we wish to see your partial manuscript (the first three chapters), we will advise you by whichever contact details you have provided with your query letter. If we then wish to see your full manuscript, we will let you know and will ask you to send a hard copy to us. Please note that reading full manuscripts can take several months.
If you are asked to submit a full manuscript, please keep a copy – we are unable to return manuscripts. We will endeavour to read your full manuscript within three months but it can take longer, depending on the volume of other work in the agency
